Hi, I'm Bally MSc, RD

I’m a dietitian who believes nutrition should be practical, personal, and empowering—not restrictive or overwhelming. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to health, and I take the time to understand each person’s unique journey, challenges, and goals. My role isn’t just about giving advice—it’s about helping you make informed choices, enjoy food without guilt, and build a mindset of strength and resilience.

I have worked in specialist liver units, supporting individuals with hepatobiliary disease, alcohol-related liver disease, and those awaiting or recovering from liver transplants. I’ve also worked across oncology, cardiology, and surgical services, helping patients optimize their nutrition before and after treatment.

I focus on evidence-based, real-world nutrition strategies—because science matters, but so does making it work for your life. Whether it’s rebuilding strength, managing symptoms, or preventing complications, my goal is to help you feel stronger, more in control, and confident in your nutrition choices.
